Everyone looks good lately.

Solution:

  • Wash your face only twice a day, not more

  • Stop using very hot water on your face

  • After washing, don’t let your face air-dry completely — lightly pat and moisturize or use a few drops of oil if that’s all you have

👉 Overwashing + hot water is a BIG reason teens lose glow.


🔹 Problem 2: “I get random pimples even when I do nothing wrong”

Solution:

  • Change pillow cover 2 times a week (this alone reduces acne a lot)

  • Stop touching your face while studying

  • If a pimple comes, don’t apply random home remedies daily — leave it alone

👉 Most teen acne is caused by bacteria + touching, not lack of products.


🔹 Problem 3: “Dark circles make me look ugly/tired”

Solution:

  • No cream will fix this if you sleep at 2 AM

  • Sleep at least 7 hours, even if it’s not perfect timing

  • Keep phone away 30 minutes before sleep

 Solution:

  • Clean face with plain water morning & night

  • Use any simple moisturizer or oil you already have

  • That’s enough for a teen

 Solution:

  • Stop comparing with reels and photos

  • Most ‘glow’ online = lighting + angles + filters

  • Real-life glow comes from basic care + time
